KPH is  a business complex and start-up incubator situated in a former tram depot in Vesterbro. Initiator Katerine Larsen says “start-ups can apply to rent one of the affordable workspaces when their activities add value to society, specifically in the social, cultural and sustainable domain”.

All entrepreneurs are asked to invest a minimal of three hours a month in offering help or advice to other start-ups in the community. KPH also regularly organizes events that create encounters between their renters and other parties. Workshops, focus groups, and their Social Business Camp facilitate cross sectional inspiration, and matchmaking between start-ups and banks or tax advisors. These encounters and possible collaborations makes strong-social entrepreneurship possible.

A good example is Tag Del, one of the initiatives situated in KPH: an online crowdsource platform where individuals or organizations can present their ideas that pose solutions of societal challenges experienced by ministeries, municipalities and other organizations.
