Københavns Fødevarefællesskab
Oehlenschlægersgade 55-57 , 1663 Copenhagen

The Københavns Fødevarefællesskab, or in short the KBHFF, provides consumers with an alternative to profit-driven supermarket chains. KBHFF is a member-driven and member-based food co-operative that focusses on providing organic, locally produced and seasonal foods for prices that everybody can afford.

When you become a member of KBHFF you can pre-order a bag of fruit and vegetables that you can pick up in one of their shop once a week for 100 kr. This enables the co-operative to establish what they will need to buy at their local suppliers.

Furthermore as a member you are both owner and co-worker of the shop. You are required to put in three hours of work per month, but you also have a say in all future operations and developments of the co-operation.

The KBHFF currently has nine pick-up shops throughout Copenhagen. See them all here.
