De Hallen
Hannie Dankbaar Passage 33 , 1053 RT Amsterdam

Where once the first electronic trams of Amsterdam were maintained, you can now go to the library or cinema.

The former depot, built between 1902-1928, houses currently De Hallen Amsterdam. In the middle of a 19th century neighbourhood in the borough West Amsterdam you can now have a coffee or visit the Local Goods Market.

The Hallen holds a library,  reading café, movie theater, 6 short stay apartments, the Foodhallen, restaurants, a bike shop, hair school and salon, a hotel and studios for artists.
